Registration for the winter session (Jan 6 – Mar 3, 2027) will open on November 15 at noon.

Cool Moves runs once a week on Wednesdays from 5:00 – 6:25pm at
Henk Ruys Soccer Centre in Lawson Heights.

This is an after school volleyball development program for
6-13 year olds that provides an introduction to the sport of volleyball.
